Return conditions and warranty

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the goods within 14 working days from the receipt of goods. We will refund the full cost of the product immediately after we have received the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Before the return of goods, please contact us via e-mail at info@monger.ee or by phone at +372 650 6315 to agree on the return of goods. We recommend using the services of courier companies or Eesti Post in order to ensure fast and reliable delivery. If the goods are damaged during delivery, keep all the contents and packaging materials and contact us immediately by e-mail. We will check the goods and replace the damaged items with new ones. Monger Baltic will not accept or replace products that are purchased from department stores, retail stores, spas or other websites. If the product you wish to return was not purchased from this website, please contact the seller to resolve the situation.
