Ordering

Ordering from the website of Monger Baltic is easy and convenient. First, choose the brand that you are interested in and then click on it. Then you should choose a specific product and, when you are done, click “Add to Cart” to place the item in your shopping cart. If you wish to buy multiple products, repeat the process. Then press the “Shopping List” button. In the shopping cart, you can increase or decrease the quantities of the selected products or remove unwanted items. Then enter your name and e-mail address. Next, determine the delivery and payment method. If you want to pay by credit card, enter your credit card information and submit your order.

Payment methods:

By credit card (Visa, MasterCard) After placing the order, the customer will be directed to the safe environment of Paysera. There you will find a pre-filled payment order stating the amount due. After entering the card number, security code (a 3-digit code on the back of the card) and expiry date, Paysera will authorize the transaction in the customer’s bank.
When requesting card information, SSL security protocol and MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa security programs will be used to ensure that the information exchanged cannot be listened or altered by unauthorized persons.
Orders not executed on time and out-of-stock items
When you order a product that is currently not available in the stock, a notification will be sent to your e-mail address. Together we will find an appropriate solution for you to receive your product.

Shipping and delivery

All orders are shipped within 24 hours (weekdays only) after the order has been confirmed and payment received. If the customer’s notification or confirmation is required for the execution of the order, we will continue to process your order after receiving the notification (whether by e-mail or phone). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next working day within 24 hours. Orders are processed and delivered only on working days (from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once you have placed the order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
